PocketDPE Refund Policy

Effective date: October 13, 2026.

Purchases in the app are made through Apple

PocketDPE Pro is sold only through Apple's App Store, as an auto-renewing subscription. Apple takes the payment and holds the purchase record, so refunds for App Store purchases are decided and paid by Apple, not by us. We cannot see your payment details and we cannot issue an App Store refund ourselves.

How to ask Apple for a refund

1. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with the Apple ID you used to subscribe.
2. Choose I'd like to, then Request a refund, pick a reason, and select the PocketDPE purchase.

Apple explains the steps in Request a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple. Apple usually replies within a few days. If you run into trouble, email us at support@pocketdpe.org and we will help however we can.

How to cancel a subscription

Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep Pro until the end of the period you have already paid for.

• On your iPhone or iPad: Settings › [your name] › Subscriptions › PocketDPE › Cancel Subscription.
• In the app: Settings › Subscription › Manage Subscription takes you to the same Apple screen.

Deleting the app, or deleting your PocketDPE account, does not cancel a subscription.

Free trials

If your plan starts with a free trial, you are not charged during the trial. When the trial ends, the subscription starts charging automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends. If you have notifications turned on, the app reminds you the day before your trial ends.

Renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before it ends. If you forgot to cancel, you can still ask Apple for a refund as described above; whether one is given is Apple's decision.

Purchases outside the App Store

We do not currently sell PocketDPE anywhere else. Our server still contains a web checkout (processed by Stripe) from an earlier version of the service. If you were ever charged by us directly rather than by Apple, email support@pocketdpe.org with the email address you paid with; we will cancel that subscription and handle any refund request ourselves.

Your consumer rights

Nothing in this policy takes away any right to a refund or cancellation that the law where you live gives you.
